I think they'll give him Chandler at 170. I agree he looks huge for 155 and it's all in how he's built now, you'd think he'd be cutting muscle to make 155. I don't know, I'm not a nutritionist but I agree, I think he's been doing what he can to keep fit given his leg and that's probably a lot of upper body stuff.
Assuming the Nate fight never happens, which is look more and more likely now, Chandler is the one. A very winnable fight for him given Chandler's tendency to look for entertaining battles over smart fights. If he tries to fight Conor on the feet I can fully see him getting blasted by something. Be interesting to see how Chandler's chin looks at 170, he's a huge lightweight and it could be a little inconsistent based on how the cut goes. Either way, that's the fight to make and the weight I think they'll make it at

Yeah he was, but Chandler specifically asked for the Conor fight at 170 if he doesn't get the title fight. I was pretty impressed by Conor's kicks, he's clearly testing the power and if he's able to slam the bag without injuring himself then I'd think the road to recovery isn't looking too much longer. Dana said he reckons Conor will return at the end of the year, or beginning of next year
Yeah amazing recovery really if you look at similar injuries like Chris Weidman's. I didn't see that Chandler had requested it at 170, amazing - what a match up that would be. I really hope they sort it.
