If you are being bullied, remember to talk to someone, parents, teachers, siblings, friends. Do not keep it to yourself. It isn't your fault and you hold no responsibility over what happens to the bully. If you are a bully, talk to someone, again there is a reason behind your behaviour, maybe you are playing out frustrations from your home life and nobody knows that you are suffering, either way, stop what you are doing and seek help.
