This topic is all about providing easy to learn, effective offensive attacks to be used by women in attempted rape, sexual assault, kidnapping situations. No MMA experience needed, all techniques must be easily to learn and highly effective.

Mainly Brazilian Jujitsu, Wrestling or very simple yet effective striking etc, anything that demonstrates technique and speed over size and weight.

Has to be a realistic technique in the context of a real situation, basic techniques that can be practised easily by women with no experience in MMA.

Scenario's like attempted rape, attempted sexual assault, domestic abuse and other situations where size, power and weight play a factor.

Effective offensive attack leading to swift escape, anything goes here, attacking to all vulnerable areas like groin, eyes, ears, neck etc. Anything that will quickly stun and allow for escape or neutralise an attacker depending on grip, hold, physical situation.

This topic recommends in all situations of domestic violence that a victim should contact the police to report any abuse, any techniques or advice provided on this topic are in fluid self-defence situations only.
